The Chianti Bellosguardo is a red wine produced from selected grapes coming from specific areas of Tuscany. Each production phase follows precise rules imposed by the DOCG. Chianti is Sangiovese at 75-90%, Canaiolo at 5-10%, Trebbiano Toscano 5-10%, Malvasia del Chianti 5-10% and Colorino 10%.
It is a ruby red wine with an intense vinous aroma and characteristic of violet and berries. On the palate it is tannic and dry, while remaining very balanced.
It goes perfectly with typical Tuscan cured meats, pasta dishes with savory meat sauce, and aged cheeses.
