Critical Acclaim

Wilford Wong of 89 - When I was a younger person, I drank more Bishop's Peak than Talley wines because they were such excellent values. The 2017 Bishop's Peak Cabernet Sauvignon delivers plenty for the $$$s. TASTING NOTES: This wine is ready for current enjoyment. Its aromas and flavors of red currants and bright and open-knit. Pair it with grilled hamburgers topped with aged Cheddar. (Tasted: August 19, 2019, San Francisco, CA)

Aromas of fresh Santa Rosa Plum and bay leaf. Currant and sandelwood on the palate, with a soft tannin finish.

Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec
