Riesling is slightly off-dry in style with juicy, elegant fruit. It is an outstanding complement to spicy cuisines. All of the fruit is from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVA. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed directly to stainless steel tank. The juice is fermented at cold temperatures for a two month period, preserving the remarkable aromatics in the fruit.

FLAVORS: Mandarin orange, lime leaf, candied ginger

STRUCTURE: Fine balance with mouth-watering acidity countering a touch of sweetness on the palate, finishes dry and clean.
