Gerard Bertrand Picpoul de Pinet 2016 is made entirely from the Picpoul grape, in the village of Pinet in France's Languedoc. It's ripe citrus flavours and vibrant minerality make it a superb full-bodied alternative to Muscadet, to be drunk with shellfish and grilled fish.
Pale gold with green tints. The nose is complex and full of citrus and floral notes. White peach, exotic fruit and a hint of pineapple. The palate is robustly rich with zesty fruit and livewire acidity which keeps your taste-buds tingling. The finish is long and well rounded.
