Beautiful wine with a deep red dress. A complex nose dominated by red fruit flavours with notes of wild strawberries, not too sweet, hint of pepper but not spicy, earth and old oak nose. In mouth it is nice and honest with tannins well blended, with blackberry and subtle cassis coming through. Very good structure. Give it at least 60 mins or more to breathe.
