SOIL: Medium, rich of marine shells

GRAPE: 90% Sangiovese - 10% Ciliegiolo

ALTITUDE: 200 m. above sea level

HARVEST PERIOD: End of September /Early October HARVEST TECHNIQUE: The

grapes are manually harvested.
AGEING: The wine ages for 4

months in cement tanks where the malolactic fermentation takes place,

then 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and finally
6 months in bottle.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C
FOOD PAIRING: Red meats, pasta and mature
