This Italian Cabernet Sauvignon has excellent density and purity. It's a succulent, rich wine with black cherry, exotic spice, leather and espresso bean.

Ruby red with violet edges. Aroma: leather and blackberries, cherries, chocolate, sweet tobacco and spice. Palate: A wine of great structure and concentration. Lightly dry with soft tannins, bitter cocoa, licorice, and black pepper. Slightly spicy on the soft and harmonious finish with lingering notes of cherry and spice.

Pair with: Best served with a slight chill; pairs nicely with cured meats and young cheeses.
