An intense, garnet-red robe, and a complex bouquet combining delicious hints of stewed fruit, soft spice, leather and roasted coffee.
Full-bodied and round on the palate, with smooth tannins and a good ageing potential.

Decant and serve at 17 °C with a rack of lamb or classic Mediterranean dishes.
