The 2018 vintage delivered a high level of energy and complexity across all our tiers of Pinot Noir. The robust fruit, tannin and acid come together with a degree of depth uncommon at this price point. Wild strawberry flavors are accented with with layers of deep rose, coffee and allspice.
Production Notes : Hand-harvested. Grapes were mostly destemmed (15% wholecluster) followed by a 3-5 day soak before fermentation. Fermenters received a combination of pump overs and punch downs over 12-18 days. Gently pressed and settled before going to barrel for 8 to 10 months before blending and bottling.
