The Fumé blanc from Johannes Zillinger is an unfiltered, bit cloudy sauvignon blanc. The unpressed grapes start fermenting inside (intracellular) their skin. After the fermentation in Amphora the age in used barrels. The wine has a lot of character, elegant, deep flavours, elderflower notes, at the end a spicy, mineral finish
