Johannes Zillinger’s Riesling from the NUMEN series is a mineral driven, complex white with many faces. Definitely not like any conventional Riesling! Stemming from selected old vines, it had spent 16 months in amphora before it was bottled unfiltered. Expect a bit nutty but still delicate taste with long finish.
